Spondise is a public sponsorship marketplace at spondise.com. Sponsors list campaigns, creators browse and apply, and the deal runs through a defined workflow: listing, inquiry, acceptance, protected commission, content, approval, and payout. The product is built for three roles — Sponsor, Creator, and Agency — with regional sites, listing translation, and USD as the platform currency. Collaborations use SponChat for messages and workflow, SponProtect to hold commission in escrow, and SponBalance for creator payouts. Campaigns cover Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Listing and browsing are free; a service fee applies when a deal is confirmed. As Senior Developer Supervisor I architect the Laravel and Nuxt application, set coding standards, review code, mentor juniors, handle security and third-party APIs, and work with design on layout and performance.
